A customer or user cannot login to CounterPoint

When a customer tries to log in to CounterPoint, an error message: Can't Access Index field 'RecordID' pops up on the screen, preventing the user from accessing CounterPoint

Right Click on CounterPoint Link on your desktop or Start Menu, Select Properties
Click on 'Open File Location'
Click On CounterPoint settings file (File with a gear on it)
Copy 'TopLevel' Info and put on top of WIndow Explorer. IE: (TopLevel=\\ServerName\cpsql.1\TopLevel)
Found the locks and resources.dat and .idx files and deleted them.
Must make sure that all people are locked out of CounterPoint, then log back in

You should no longer have that error message
